Description

Courteous and charismatic customer service representatives are needed.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat and social media
  • Resolve customer queries or complaints
  • Assist customers through the order process
  • Provide price information
  • Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed
  • Be punctual for your shift
  • Promote products based on the need of the customer
Qualifications

Have a minimum of 5 C.X.C subjects to include Mathematics, English Language and Principles of Business

Associates degree is an asset

Have a minimum of  1 year experience in customer service

Sales experience is an asset
