Guess what?
We’re excited. Have you ever been excited? Think about growing up as a child and you just can’t wait for your birthday to come. Think about receiving a big gift and you just can’t wait to open it to see whats inside.
It brings such great joy to know that this world is not our home! Even though we may face tests and trials God promises us a reward; greater than any earthly gift! Christ is coming back for His people. When we say He is coming soon this is no joke. We know He is coming soon because we have been seeing the signs unfold one after the other. The Saviour’s coming will be literal, personal, visible, and worldwide.
We have this hope that burns within our hearts hope in the coming of the Lord! There will be no more death, no more pain, no more sickness and no more sorrow. But we need to be ready. When He comes you can’t be ‘getting ready’. We repeat, you can’t be ‘getting ready’. If you are ‘getting ready’ you won’t receive this reward. You have to be ready. This means spending more time in His word and more time sharing the goodness of His love. Its time to get cracking.
